This past weekend I ran in my fourth half marathon of the year. I did well and beat my old personal best time by exactly two minutes. I know I could have done much better and am looking forward to running my next race in two weeks. Going into mile 10 I was at a 7:30 pace, which is really good for me. Unfortunately my legs bonked from there and my last three miles were an atrocious mix of walking and jogging just to finish the race. My goal for race five is to get down to 8 minute mile pace.
